Our Policies 

All appointments are booked through our office at 207-653-1155.  We are currently not doing online bookings.

Booking a consultation requires a $50 non-refundable fee(applied to your overall cost). 

​

Your first brow appointment requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. 

​

Please allow three to four months to book an appointment, whether it is your first appointment or yearly touch-up. 

​

Cancellations

We charge a cancellation fee of $100 if a client is to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours. 

​

Delays

If you are more than fifteen minutes late, it will be necessary to take that time from your time slot to avoid unfair delays to other clients. 

​

Bounced Checks

There is a $25 fee for a bounced check.
